Gifts offered to Plymouth State University may take the form of cash, gifts of tangible or non-tangible property, or gifts in-kind. Each gift becomes an asset of Plymouth State University, requiring varying levels of oversight and management. All gifts accepted by Plymouth State University must be in accordance with the mission, purpose, priorities, and best interests of the institution. Plymouth State’s Gift Acceptance Policy requires that all gifts (both cash and non-cash) be recorded by the University Advancement Office.
Plymouth State University places the highest priority on protecting the privacy of our donors, and holds all donor information in strict confidence. Plymouth State does not and will not sell or trade a donor’s personal information to any other entity.
At times, the University does partner with outside entities to provide alumni services, such as directories. Since we do publish an annual online honor roll of donors, please let us know if you prefer to remain anonymous. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Advancement Office at (800) 772-2620.
