Ken Moulton ’73

Kenneth is owner of Moulton Real Estate which he established in 1981. Ken has been a realtor for 37 years serving as President of the Concord Board of Realtors in 1981 and was Realtor of the Year in 1982.  Moulton Real Estate is involved with the development of 55-plus housing and vacation housing. Previous to starting his real estate business, Ken was manager of the Concord Athletic Club, 1973-76 and was manager of Wiita Family Realty, 1976-81.

Ken is currently the Executive Director of the Friends of Bridges Property and serves on the USNH Board of Trustees.  Ken has also served on many other community boards and committees:  Board of Directors of the Friend Program; Board of Directors of the United Way; Rotarian for 29 years; President of the Bow Rotary Club 1999-2000; He is a Paul Harris Fellow; Vice President of Friends for Bridges Property; and was on the Finance Committee for Governor John H. Lynch for 5 years.

Ken’s wife and daughter, Jackie McKeen Moulton and Jennifer, both graduated from PSU. Ken’s son Kris attended UNH.
