Retired from my career in accounting/finance. Currently Contract Professor in Accounting/Finance at PSU.
Why did you choose Plymouth State?
I was from Plymouth and upon returning from the US Navy it was the logical choice as they were starting an accounting program.
How did your Plymouth State education prepare you for your career?
I have always been thankful for my years at Plymouth. The education I received was top-notch and was instrumental in my success in the business field. I have always thought that once I retired I would like to give back to Plymouth State University so I could help others realize what they are able to achieve with a PSU education.
How do you spend your “free” time?
High performance driving, skiing, travel!
What do you hope to accomplish as a member of the PSUAA Board of Directors?
I hope to get more communication between alumni and current PSU students. We have such great alumni resources that can greatly benefit our current students.
Why is it important for alumni to stay connected with Plymouth State?
To help our current students – our alumni are so well established in their chosen fields and coming back to PSU to interact with our current students is invaluable to those students. Just think about how beneficial it would have been when you were at PSU to have someone well entrenched in your chose field to query.
Favorite book, movie, or TV Show?
Anything with high-tech, great special effects and explosions!!
