Edward Rozak ’03
BS in Meteorology
Edward Rozak ’03 was commissioned as an Air Force officer upon graduating magna cum laude with a degree in meteorology. He spent three years at the Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska as the lead meteorologist, and then was transferred to Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, where he was a weather flight commander for four years.
Rozak is working toward his master’s degree in meteorology at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, and plans to move to Hawaii after graduation to serve as a detachment commander for a solar observatory.
Rozak notes that he chose Plymouth State for its “great location” and meteorology program. On being named a Top Graduating Senior, Rozak says simply: “It was an honor.”
Rozak and his fiancée, Susannah, were married on April 1, 2012.
