Fill out this application form, the 2D or 3D BFA in Studio Art Curriculum Planning Guide, and the Portfolio Assessment Criteria form  so that we can see your current status and also how your coursework to date should be applied to the BFA degree program.  Include all three forms in the portfolio for this review.

 

Note:  If you are a transfer student, please indicate on the curriculum checklist the courses which are transfers and show how your transfer credits have been accepted at PSU.

Portfolios are due in D&M Room 204 by 4:00 pm  on designated dates: TBA each semester.

Portfolios should be picked up during Office Hours on designated dates: TBA each semester.

We cannot store your portfolios beyond one week, so please be prompt in picking up your portfolios!  Results of the Reviews will be mailed to the address that you provided above before the end of the semester.
