
Refund of ChargesAccounts that are overpaid as a result of actual payments received (not memos or authorized aid-see online bill) will be refunded as follows based on the funding source:
Students who wish to be refunded for an overpayment on their account, must submit an email request to
student-refunds@plymouth.edu. Your email must include your name, PSU ID, and desired refund amount. If any information is missing, your refund request will not be processed.
For requests received before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, refunds will be available on that Friday after 1:00 pm. Requests received after Tuesday will be available the following Friday.
Note: A thorough audit of the student's account is performed after the refund request is received but before the check is produced. The acceptance of a refund request does not constitute the guarantee of a refund check.
