The potential for success of a business or individual is enhanced by building a sound understanding of how information and communication passes to decision points in an organization. Individuals in business must master the methods and techniques to enhance that flow. In addition to a thorough examination of communication theory, develops critical skills in presentational speaking, listening, non-verbal communication and business writing.
