About Professor Zamzow 

Craig Zamzow serves as director of the PSU Small Business Institute (which won the SBIDA Showcase Award for Best National SBI program 2003-2004). He serves as vice president for communications of the Small Business Institute Directors Association.

As a full-time lecturer in the Business Department, Zamzow's courses include Principles of Marketing, Sales/Sales Management, SBI Projects, Marketing Research. He is also an advisor in the MBA program.

Zamzow has more than 30 years of experience in high-tech sales and marketing including as director of marketing, Digital Equipment Corporation; director of marketing, CSC Consulting; vice president, sales and marketing, Sensor Engineering; vice president, sales and marketing, Dielectric, Inc.; principal of The Productivity Institute Consulting (clients include MetLife, Markem, EFD, Proteon); Pilgrim Inn and Cottages, small business owner (seven years);
