Hailed by critics as one of the most accomplished interpreters of the Great American Songbook, John Pizzarelli is known for his brilliant guitar work, smooth vocals and ebullient performance style.  In saluting masters such as Gershwin, Sinatra, The Beatles and Nat King Cole, Pizzarelli says “This music, it's not about age as much as it is about style.”

Claremont Trio
March 4, 7pm

The award-winning Claremont Trio will perform the complete Schubert Trios in the intimate confines of the Smith Recital Hall.  Twin sisters Emily and Julia Bruskin (violin, cello) met pianist Donna Kwong at the Julliard School.

Sam Bush Band
March 28, 8pm

American bluegrass virtuoso Sam Bush is a known as a master of the mandolin, fiddle and guitar as well as being an accomplished composer, singer and standout performer.  He’s earned Grammys for his collaborations with Emmylou Harris and Bela Fleck and for his contributions to the soundtrack of “O Brother, Where Art Thou?”
