Healthy PSU

Healthy PSU is a community-based research project and worksite wellness program led by the Center for Active Living and Healthy Communities, designed to enhance health and wellness for university faculty and staff and their families.

After a year of collecting Health Culture Audits, Health Risk Appraisals and conducting employee focus groups, we created a 5-year operational plan, which began to unfold in the fall of 2012. The CfALHC continues to maintain its role consulting for this program and evaluating its effectiveness over time.
