Tom Evans is an Environmental Science and Policy Grad student at Plymouth State University. He is working on a Biomass Roadmap Project, which is is assisting New Hampshire communities with researching and implementing a biomass district heating. He is making a roadmap to show what options and benefits exist for communities interested in biomass energy.
