Why the Center for the Environment?

The Center serves as a facilitator and focal point for innovative research and training with a sustainability ethic. The M.S. program is field-based, focusing on applied environmental science, policy, and science translation, preparing students for careers in agencies, government, non-profit organizations, consulting firms and further education for academic positions.
