Professional Interests:

Janet's work focuses on the analysis of water samples from the former Ore Hill Mine in the White Mountain National Forest, which was recently reclaimed. She has extensive field experience working at the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest on a variety of ecosystem studies. Janet is particularly interested in using watershed-level studies to learn about the environmental conditions regulating nutrient cycling, water movement, and pollutant transport in forest and agricultural ecosystem.
