Diplomas
Students will receive a scroll from the President during the Commencement ceremony. Diplomas for students completing their degrees will be mailed after the conferral date and following the validation of all degree requirements.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS—If you have not received either your diploma or a letter explaining the reason it has not been sent by August 30, 2013, please contact psu-registrar@plymouth.edu. Students must have completed their degree requirements prior to or during spring semester 2013. All holds must be cleared before a diploma will be mailed.
GRADUATE STUDENTS—If you have not received your diploma by the end of August, please contact Sarah Robertson at slrobertson1@plymouth.edu or (603) 535-3292. All degree requirements (i.e., grades posted, transfer credits processed) must be completed no later than May 18, 2013 or June 30, 2013, depending on which conferral date you petitioned for. II you petitioned for the August 31, 2013 conferral date, requirements must be met by that time and your diploma will be mailed in the fall after all requirements have been verified.
Diploma Frames
Frames are available for purchase through the PSU Bookstore in the Hartman Union Building (HUB) and the Office of Alumni Relations.
Note: bachelor’s and master’s degree diplomas are 12 x 9. Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) diplomas are 11 x 14, and doctoral diplomas are 16 x 20.
