Seniors' Check List

Registrar’s Office—Speare 205

• Each eligible senior needs to file an Undergraduate Degree Request and Commencement Participation form with the Office of the Registrar to indicate if they want to be included in the ceremony on May 22, 2010.

• Actively matriculated students with at least 90 credits earned by October 2009 are eligible to file and have been notified by e-mail and given a link to the form.

• Students who have less than 90 credits but also have a written plan from the Undergraduate Advising Center to complete their degree by December 2010, may make a written appeal to participate.

  For questions regarding participation eligibility, appeals, or filing, contact Vicki Libby at (603) 535-2581 or stop by Speare 205.

  1. Bursar’s Office—Speare 108
     Pay all financial obligations.
  2. Financial Aid Team—Speare 108
     If you were a previous Federal Stafford Loan recipient, attend the mandatory exit interview counseling session during Seniors Day.
  3. Loan Collection Office—Speare 118
     If you were a Federal Perkins Loan recipient, attend the mandatory exit interview counseling session during Seniors Day.
  4. Herbert H. Lamson Library and Learning Commons
     Return all library books and materials.
