Commencement Morning

Prior to Commencement—provided we have good weather or only light rain—all participating seniors will meet at the Courtroom in the Hartman Union Building at 8:30 a.m. on May 17, 2008. The senior class, led by President Steen, Provost Bernier, and senior class officers, will walk together through campus, across the bridge to the PE Center and proceed into the Field House.

If inclement weather moves the ceremony indoors, all graduates and faculty must report directly to their inclement weather sites by 9 a.m.

When you arrive, you will be given written instructions for the ceremony. Staff members will direct you to form lines for the processional.  Staff members will be there to prompt you when it is your turn to proceed to and from the platform.
