The spring solstice is on its way and we’ll be celebrating early with our popular Wine and Food pairing at Fosters. Chefs Anthony Bomba and Michael Woodman are already carefully planning more delectable cuisine offerings – just for your enjoyment; and Marie Colbath, our Martignetti wine expert, will choose companion wines for each dish. Participants learn about their food choices, ingredients, preparation, and why certain wines complement them. These pairings offer the perfect affordable evening out.
