November brings the end of daylight savings,Thanksgiving, and more night than day. We all need something bright to look forward to and this is it! Be ready for new and delicious offerings from our favorite chef, Tony Bomba. As many have experienced, Tony’s meticulous planning and true talent have produced surprisingly creative yet elegant dishes for us to enjoy. This season, he is accompanied by sous chef, Dave Tetro. Linda Hammond, our wine non- expert, will share information about the wines for each dish. Participants learn about their food ingredients, preparation, and why certain wines complement them.
