It’s time to get together again for a wonderful Wine and Food Pairing. Chefs Anthony (Tony) Bomba and Sous Chef, Tommy Faba have missed us and are carefully planning several delectable cuisine offerings – just for your enjoyment. Linda Hammond, the wine non-expert, is already doing research about each wine. Participants learn about their food choices, ingredients, preparation, and why certain wines complement them. These pairings offer the perfect affordable evening out. They are also wonderful and affordable gifts.
