This is our fifth season of the popular Wine and Food Pairing evenings at Fosters. Chefs Anthony Bomba and Sous Chef, Dave Tetro are carefully planning several delectable cuisine offerings – just for your enjoyment; and Linda Hammond, wine non-expert, will tell you about the companion wines for each dish. Participants learn about their food choices, ingredients, preparation, and why certain wines complement them. These pairings offer the perfect affordable evening out. They are also wonderful and affordable gifts.
