If you have ever participated in one of our Wine and Food Pairings, you know that you are in for a treat! Two talented and enthusiastic chefs, Tony and Mike, work all day and often the evening before to bring us unusual and delectable selections just for our enjoyment. Marie, who has been with the Martignetti Company for many years shares her expertise as the wine is poured to complement the food.  Won’t you join us with a friend? The spring solstice is on its way and we’ll be celebrating early with our popular Wine and Food pairing at Fosters. Chefs Anthony Bomba and Michael Woodman are already  carefully planning more delectable cuisine offerings – just for your enjoyment; and Marie Colbath, our Martignetti wine expert, will choose companion wines for each dish. Participants learn about their food choices, ingredients, preparation, and why certain wines complement them. These pairings offer the perfect affordable evening out.
