  • When was the last time you felt love and appreciation for your body?
  • Do you know how to listen to your body’s intuition in its infinite wisdom?
  • Do you sometimes feel as if you are “battling” your body?
  • When was the last time you put yourself first…even for a few minutes?

These six consecutive workshops will explore the thought processes and psychology behind building new habits, listening to your body, and becoming attuned to your daily needs. Celeste will begin with the foods we and eat how to make time in the kitchen empowering, not enslaving. This is an inside out approach to your excellent health and the life you are meant to live ~ by learning to make choices that nourish and sustain. Celeste will support you throughout these three months as you work each week to reach your personal goals toward lifetime health and wellness.

Can one group program change your life? Come see for yourself.

Empowered, Energetic, Confident ~ the evolution begins!
