Bringing the Polar Express to LifeGaye Gould, assistant professor in the English Department, helps bring a Christmas story to life in North Conway's Polar Express. She volunteers as an elf for the "Polar Express" show, which consists of a train ride from North Conway's Scenic Rail Road station to "the Great Hall of the North Pole," where kids get to meet the real Santa. The event has become extremely popular and has people applying for tickets from as far away as California. She also volunteers by calling the winners of the lottery for tickets to the event.
