Welcome to the Plymouth State University e-CHUG Assessment

Plymouth State University Alcohol and Other Drug Program offers PSU students free access to e-CHUG (electronic Check-Up to Go). The e-CHUG is an online option for students to gain insight into their relationship with alcohol. e-CHUG takes about 5-10 minutes to complete, is self guided, requires no face to face contact time with a counselor, and is completely anonymous

e-CHUG's individualized feedback provides students with useful information on such items as

  • Calorie intake
  • Peak Blood Alcohol Concentration
  • Income spent on alcohol
  • Norm comparisons
  • Tolerance levels
  • Personal Family Risk Score
  • Explanation, advice, local referral information

If, after completing the e-CHUG and receiving feedback, you would like to speak with an alcohol or drug abuse counselor about your concerns, call or stop by the PSU Counseling and Human Relations Center to schedule an individual appointment

The PSU e-CHUG is serviced through a secure website at San Diego State Universitiy

No individual information is kept or provided to Plymouth State University
