Biographical data:
Helen is assistant professor of Social Work and coordinator of the Title IV-E Child Welfare Program. She is a trainer for NASW in the HIV/AIDs Spectrum Project. She focuses on child abuse and neglect and the mental health component of HIV and AIDs.
