College Students for Healthy Choices
College Students for Healthy Choices is a group of concerned students who educate themselves, the campus, and the community on important issues. It is their goal to promote intensive dialogue and programming for well-being. Past presentations have included:
- Roles in the alcoholic family
- Date rape prevention and support
- Meditation techniques
- AIDS/HIV/STD prevention
- Body image
- Stress management
- "Red flags" indicating possible abusive relationships
- Dealing with transitions and stress
