NR3070 - Health and Wellness of Older Adults
Focuses on the needs of older adults with consideration given to developmental factors and cultural variables employed in patient choices for wellness, treatment or palliative care. Incorporates wellness initiatives, prioritizing care needs, family and patient teaching, and planning for end-of-life care. Summers. Prerequisite(s): NR 3020, NR 3030, NR 3040, NR 3052; minimum grade of B- in all prerequisite courses and NR courses; PASS in all NR clinical courses; minimum 2.67 cumulative GPA; Pre-Licensure Nursing majors only.
