I_______________________ have been given proper safety and operation instruction of the Woodshop power equipment. This includes instruction on the tablesaw, bandsaw, chopsaw, sander, and drillpress and dust collection system. I understand that safety glasses are required while using any power equipment and I may not operate the equipment with out an instructor or Woodshop attendant present.
If you do not feel comfortable in your ability to operate safely any of the tools mentioned, do not sign this form. Please ask for more training.
