Introduces geographical terminology for local, regional, synoptic, and global areas. Discusses evolution of broadcast meteorology and future trends. Students prepare sample weathercast segments and produce a station scientist video production on subjects satisfying guidelines provided by the American Meteorological Society. Springs.
