BU 3180 - Human Resource Management
An analysis of the basic personnel functions of recruitment, selection, placement, job design, performance appraisal, compensation and employee training and development. These functions are considered within the context of government regulation and varied administrative concerns, such as equal opportunity employment, safety, pensions and other benefit plans.
