Biography:  Alan Blake has 28 years of experience in communications as a newspaper reporter, magazine editor, and corporate marketing and public relations professional. He is currently the Director of Communications and Assistant to the President at NHTI, Concord’s Community College. He has been an adjunct in the College of Business Administration at PSU and other institutions for 12 years.

He is currently teaching Organizational Communications at PSU and Communications at NHTI. He has also taught Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Advertising & Promotions.

Alan enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and kayaking. He is an avid golfer and coach of the NHTI golf team. In his spare time, he is a contributor to Around Concord magazine, a basketball referee and baseball umpire for youth sports, and practices mindful meditation and yoga. He has two children and lives in New Hampton.
