Ursula Moreno joined Plymouth State University College of Business Administration in 2008. She is an international faculty and brings to COBA her global vision of the world. Over the last five years she had taught a variety of classes.

Professor Moreno received her A.S. in International Trade from ISTECEX, Lima, Peru, her B.S. in International Business from Florida International University (Summa Cum Laude), and her MBA with
a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from Plymouth State University. While pursuing her MBA she was a chosen as a Fellow Graduate Student for the College of Business Administration.

Prior to joining the Academic world in the US, she worked as an Import Supervisor for Saga Falabella, a multinational company in Peru, South America where she coordinated and ran the import logistics department as well as supervised overseas vendors for major international purchases of a broad line of products. She has also worked at the International Department of several banks in Peru.

Professor Moreno’s research interests are mainly in the area of Marketing: Inbound Marketing, Social Marketing, SEO, and E-Commerce. She has developed a strong ability to design classes and teach online.

She possesses multilingual skills; Spanish is her first language, and she can also understand Italian, Portuguese, and German.

Professor Moreno currently lives in Syracuse, NY with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.
