About Professor Carpentiere
Dave Carpentiere graduated from Plymouth State in 1990 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He attended graduate school at Ohio University, earning a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel while working in residential Life. He returned to Plymouth State in 1990 where he was a Residence Director for three years and then in 1995 he moved into a new position to oversee the technology for that area. He remains in that role as the Director of Technology while also teaching part-time in Communications and Media Studies and serving on numerous campus committees.
In his spare time he enjoys learning new technologies, hiking, woodworking, serving as a Scout Den Leader, and spending time with his wife and two children
