Kathleen Norris was unanimously elected vice chair of the NH Department of Education Professional Standards Board and Secretary of the Board of the Bridge House Shelter in Plymouth. She presented three sessions at the annual American Evaluation Association conference in Minneapolis: a poster on the evaluation of the doctoral program at PSU, a presentation on teaching evaluation and a discussion of the evaluator’s role in organizational learning. During the National Rural Education Association annual conference in Cincinnati, Kathleen led a discussion on barriers to the implementation of best practices in US education.
