PE 2860 - Adventure Programming for Physical Educators
Introduces the use of a broad model of "adventure" and a multi-dimensional wellness model to facilitate growth in interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships. Students learn how to develop and sequence a variety of indoor and accessible outdoor initiatives for building trust, community, cooperation, conflict resolution, self-confidence, and emotional self-awareness. Students engage in lesson development and assessments that use the full-value contract, challenge by choice goal settings as group process tools. Springs.
