Language & Linguistics offers students a portal to global awareness by promoting understanding, acceptance and diversity. In this globally minded setting students have unique options to expand thier knowledge. Some of the programs offered include a major or minor in French and Spanish; minors in German, TESOL, and Applied Linguistics; and language course offerings in American Sign Language, Arabic, Latin, and Mandarin Chinese. Language and Linguistic students also have opportunities for study abroad experiences around the world.
