Allan W. Fulkerson

Allan FulkersonAllan W. Fulkerson is former chief executive of Century Capital Management, Inc., a Boston-based investment firm.  Dating to its founding in 1928, the firm manages mutual fund and private equity partnerships with a focus on insurance and financial services.  He is currently a director of Montpelier Re Holdings, Ltd. and chairman of the audit committee and a director of The Holt Agency in Milford, New Hampshire.  Previously he has served as a director of more than twenty public and private financial services companies.  In 2004 he formed Red Hill Capital, LLC based in Moultonborough, NH where he lives.

A Trustee of Williams College from 1986 until his appointment as Trustee Emeritus in 2001, he chaired the College's Endowment Committee for eight years.  During the College's Third Century Capital Campaign he served as National Major Gifts Chair and chaired the Trustee's Development Committee.  Previously he served as President of the Society of Alumni.  In 2004 Williams awarded him an honorary Doctor of Laws.

His recent non-profit involvements have included serving as President of the Squam Lakes Association, Chairman of the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (North Adams, Massachusetts), and member of the Dean's Council of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
