Patricia Miller Powers is a member of the Class of '75. She is now President and co-founder of MarketReach, Inc., a marketing services company, located in Goffstown, NH, which will be celebrating its 15th year in business this year. Prior to starting MarketReach, Inc., Patte was Corporate Events Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation. She was instrumental with the planning and execution of DECworld and major trade show events such as SIGGRAPH, and User Group Events, such as the Oracle and SAP User Group meetings.
Patte has worked on various committees for PSU over the past years, including the committee for the Class of 1975 Gift Project. While a student at Plymouth, she was very active in Student Government, and was both Student Body President and Vice-President.
She is active in supporting animal rights and is currently a member of the committee to bring a Dog Park to the town of Bedford, NH, where she currently resides.
Patte and her husband, Jim (also a member of the Class of '75) have three children. Their youngest child, Whitney, is currently a sophomore at the University of NH, where she is a member of the Women's D1 Swim Team. Patte has spent many years as a registered US Swimming Official and has officiated at many swim meets through the years as Whitney was participating in US Swim Meets around the country.
Patte has maintained a number of friendships with PSU graduates over the years and looks forward to serving on the President's Council to help to expand and enhance the Plymouth State University experience for future alumni and to help that experience grow from good to great!
