Jack lives in Dorchester with his dear mother and has worked at Prospect for the last 10 years. He also works at Meredith Ford doing maintenance. In his spare time he follows Boston sports, enjoys photographing nature scenes, and has a pond full of goldfish that he takes care of.
Brian Baez is from Methuen, MA, where his 2 younger brothers and parents still live. Brian is proud to be from the Dominican Republic. In high school he played sports year-round and now majors in Environmental Science & Policy here at PSU. In his spare time Brian donates his time to the animal shelter and also enjoys long walks on the beach.
Mary has lived in this area for 30 years and has worked at about every restaurant around. She has 4 adult children that she is very proud of. In her spare time she loves to sing and dance. Also she sells things on Ebay. This is her first semester here at Prospect and her favorite part is making everyone smile.
Larry Charbonneau has worked with us here at Prospect for 4 years as a chef. He is the youngest of 8 children and his father is a 94 year-old World War 2 Veteran. Larry is from Gaffstown, NH and currently lives in Campton, NH. Before PSU Larry worked as a real estate appraiser and still does so in his spare time. When not at work one of Larry’s favorite activities is cooking even though he does it all day at work. But you know what they say “If you love it it’s not Work”.
Matt Spittle was born in the outer banks of N. Carolina. In 2001 Matt was a member of the N. C. state champion soccer team and the team placed third the following two years. He’s starting college next year and plans to major in psychology with hopes to work with teens. Matt enjoys playing soccer, poker, gaming, and going to shows. This is his first semester working here at PSU but has quickly fit in.
Amanda Bakalar
is a senior at PSU. She is majoring in early childhood education and really enjoys working with kids. This is her 3rd year working with Sodexo. In her off time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
I have worked here at PSU for 5 years. I enjoy spending time with my daughters and husband of 30 years. I like working with people, especially students. When I’m not here I am a volunteer coach of the volleyball and softball teams at A.E.S.
