The Global Chef Program is a month long international chef residency that provides an opportunity for Sodexo’s top chefs worldwide to travel to different countries and share authentic international cuisine with students, faculty, staff, and the community.
Join us as Chef Mallard prepares classic dishes from France.
Chef Sebastien Mallard’s passion for cooking began in his early years by helping his grandmother to prepare meals. As an adult, he worked in gourmet cooking and hotel restaurants through 2001, when he joined Sodexo as a cook. He evolved quickly into a successful chef and then into his current role as site manager. Chef Mallard is looking forward to sharing his passion for food as part of the Global Chef Program.
