PSU Dining Services Catering Guide - Buffets and Banquets
1 Entrée Buffet $16.95 per person
Includes your choice of: 1 Entrée, 1 Vegetable, 1 Potato/Rice or chilled Pasta, Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter, 1 Dessert
2 Entrée Buffet $21.95 per person
Includes your choice of: 2 Entrée, 1 Vegetable, 1 Potato/Rice or chilled Pasta, Garden Salad, 1 Other Salad (your choice), Rolls and Butter, 1 Dessert
3 Entrée Buffet $25.95 per person
Includes your choice of: 3 Entrée, 2 Vegetables, 1 Potato/Rice or chilled Pasta, Garden Salad, 1 Other Salad (your choice), Rolls and Butter, 2 Desserts
  • All buffets are priced for a minimum of twenty-five (25) people.
  • All buffets include full banquet service and a floral buffet centerpiece as well as Coffee, Decaf, Tea, Soda and Water.
  • The cost of all set up, buffet service, clearing and clean up is included in the price as well as china, linen and cloth napkins.
  • Special menu items such as Beef or Veal Tenderloin, Lobster, Jumbo Shrimp, Crown Roast Pork and other high-end food items are available at current market price.
  • Served meals are available for just $8.00 more per person than our already low buffet prices.
