PSU Dining Services Catering Guide - Food Stations

Baked Potato Bar (minimum of 25 people)	$5.25 per person
Grade A Potatoes, Butter, Sour Cream, Bacon Bits, Chives, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms, Steamed Broccoli, Chili and Cheese Sauce.

Pasta on the Spot - pasta only (minimum of 25 people)	$8.75 per person
Our pasta chef will cook to order from your choice of 3 sauces tossed with your choice of 3 Pastas. Topped off with Cheese and Garlic Bread. Sauces: Marinara, Meat, Pesto, Red Clam, White Clam, Cheese, Alfredo or Scampi. Pastas: Shells, Spirals, Ziti, Rigatoni, Tortellini, Linguini, Fettuccini.

Pasta on the Spot - with Meat selection (minimum of 25 people)	$10.85 per person
Our pasta chef will cook to order from your choice of 3 sauces tossed with your choice of 3 pastas. Topped off with Cheese and Garlic Bread. Add Julienne Chicken or Shrimp and a few fresh seasonings to create your meal. Sauces: Marinara, Meat, Pesto, Red Clam, White Clam, Cheese, Alfredo or Scampi. Pastas: Shells, Spirals, Ziti, Rigatoni, Tortellini, Linguini, Fettuccini.

Oriental Stir Fry (minimum of 25 people)	$10.85 per person
Our stir fry chef will entice you with Steak, Chicken and Shrimp. Add your choice of Peppers, Onions, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots, Baby Corn, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Carrots, Snow Peas, Tofu and Bean Sprouts. Season it up and serve over White Rice with a crispy Egg Roll and a Fortune Cookie.

From the Garden - salad only (minimum of 25 people)	$8.75 per person
Mixed Greens or Romaine with a selection of Tomatoes, Red Onions, Black Olives, Croutons, Mushrooms, Tofu, Hummus, Cottage Cheese, Four Bean Salad, Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheddar Cheese with your choice of 3 Dressings.

From the Garden - with Meat selection (minimum of 25 people)	$10.85 per person
Mixed Greens or Romaine with a selection of Tomatoes, Red Onions, Black Olives, Croutons, Mushrooms, Tofu, Hummus, Cottage Cheese, Four Bean Salad, Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Shrimp and Grilled Chicken with your choice of 3 Dressings.

All Food Stations are served on China and are designed as an addition to your current meal. For a la carte Food Stations, please add beverages and desserts separately.
