PSU Dining Services Catering Guide - Hors D'Oeuvres
All hors d'oeuvres are priced per person unless otherwise noted and the prices include the cost of set up, break down and the appropriate paper products for service.
To obtain the pricing below for a reception we recommend 6-8 hors d'oeuvres per person for the first hour and 4 hors d'oeuvres per person for each additional hour. Prices include 2 of each item per person.
