Gluten Free Zone

This area is intended for those with a gluten sensitivity or Celiac's Disease. Gluten is the protein found in wheat, rye and barley, and should be avoided by those who are sensitive to it. The items found in this cooler and at this station are gluten free. If you do not need to restrict gluten in your diet, please be respectful to the students who utilize this area by keeping it gluten free.
