
What if I want to change my meal plan?
You have thru the end of business on Friday during the first week of classes to change, add or drop* your meal plan for the semester. *Freshman and sophomores are required to be on one of the plans.
If I'm not required to be on a plan, can I still sign up?
Absolutely. Just fill out the forms with Residence Life and they will put you on the plan you desire.
What if I get an out of town visitor? Can they eat?
All meal plans come with guest passes per semester. They can eat free on one of those passes.
What if I'm out of passes? Can they pay cash?

Half price rates apply to children 10 and under or senior citizens 65 or over.
Can a friend use my meal card?
Sorry, no one else can use your meal card. The meal plan is considered to be a non-transferable agreement
between you and the college and cannot be traded.
What if I get sick and can't come to eat?
We supply meals to the campus infirmary. If you are in their care they will get a meal from us for you to eat.
What if I lose my ID card?
Please go to the ID office in the HUB to replace your ID card.
What if my ID card does not work?
Come to the Dining Services Office immediately. If it's a programming issue we can fix it immediately. If it's an encoding issue you need to go to the ID office and get your card fixed or purchase a temporary card.
What if I have special dietary needs?
If you have special dietary needs please bring in a doctor's description of your specific menu needs. Our Registered Dietician will be happy to assist you.
How can I get more Flex Cash?
Just fill out the quick form on this brochure and stop by our office or call (603)535-2710. We take cash, money orders, traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
How do I know what's on the menu?
The menu is posted in advance and printed weekly menus are available at the nutrition table in Prospect Hall. In addition menus are also posted on our web site
What if my schedule doesn't allow me to come to lunch?
Use your Flex Cash in the snack bar. Or try On the Go, a grab and go bag lunch program that is available Monday thru Friday in Prospect Hall.
Can I take food back to my room?
Sorry, in order to keep your costs as low as possible, removal of food and beverages for the dining hall is strictly prohibited.
