Board FlexCash

Board FlexCash is included with all meal plans and is valid for the semester (it does not carry over to future semesters). can be used in any foodservice facility (all retail locations, as well as Prospect dining hall), vending, and laundry facilities.

Campus FlexCash

Campus FlexCash are funds held on account that can be accessed at a variety of locations throughout campus with an individual's valid PSU Identification Card. All foodservice operations, food and beverage vending machines, laundry rooms, and some campus copy machines accept Campus FlexCash. Expansion is currently underway to eventually allow the Campus Follett Bookstore to accept these funds. Whether you live on campus, commute, or work here, you can take advantage of CampusFlex. Although BoardFlex is available with each meal plan, it has a habit of going rather quickly and expires at the end of each semester. It can be replaced at any time with CampusFlex and, unlike BoardFlex, CampusFlex carries over at the end of the semester.

Buying Campus FlexCash

• You may add CampusFlex online with the use of Visa, Mastercard, or E-Check for any active faculty, staff member, or student having a valid PSU ID Card. Family members, friends, or associates purchasing FlexCash for other parties should inform the recipient so they are aware that they have new funds on their account.
• You may add Campus Flexcash via a tuition bill credit. Follow the link for more information or to process the transaction. Please contact the Bursar's Office at (603) 535-2215 if you have any questions.
• CampusFlex can also be replenished as needed at the Cash-to-Card machines located at:

With our new online access to FlexCash, parent can replenish their student's account and know that the money is being used for the necessities!

• Viability - Unused CampusFlex goes with you from semester to semester and year to year until you are no longer associated with PSU.
• Tax-Exempt - All purchases made with CampusFlex are tax-exempt.

Report your Lost ID

Please help us with preventing the misuse of your ID card and the loss of your FLEX cash by reporting its loss. After it's been reported lost, have the ID card replaced as soon as possible by going to the ID Center in the HUB. Revisit the above link if the ID is found before it has been replaced.
