CampusFlex Better Than Money!

CampusFlex is money that is electronically stored on your ID card which you can spend on food and beverages in Prospect Hall, The Sidewalk Café, The Woods Café, The Commons Café, Mountain View Snack Bar, all campus vending machines, laundry machines, and some copiers. Whether you live on campus, commute, or work here, you can take advantage of CampusFlex. Although BoardFlex is available with each meal plan, it has a habit of going rather quickly and expires at the end of each semester. It can be replaced at any time with CampusFlex and, unlike BoardFlex, CampusFlex carries over at the end of the semester.

How Do I Get It?

CampusFlex can be replenished as needed at the Cash-to-Card machines located at:

• HUB Fireplace Lounge (conveniently located right next to an ATM),
• Center Lodge,
• Lamson Library and Learning Commons

or with credit card, check or money order at:

• Dining Services Administrative Offices (located off the loading dock in Prospect Hall),
• any Sodexo cashier on campus

either in person, on the phone at (603) 535-2710 or through the mail for amounts of $50 or more. Sorry, we cannot accept cash, or orders less than $50. For orders less than $50 and cash purchases please use one of the 3 Cash-to-Card machines.

When adding CampusFlex by mail the student must include their student ID number and signature. The mailing address is:

CampusFlex checks should be made out to "Sodexo".

At the Cash-to-Card stations, using your PSU ID, cash can be used to add CampusFlex to your account in any amount. The amount added will be available for you to use immediately.
