The Mountain View Snack Bar, located in the Hartman Union Building, offers a wide-variety of food selections for all meals.

Cash and CampusFlex are accepted.

Menu items include a variety of beverages, breakfast items, pizza, New York Deli, Creative Sensations, soups, and a variety of general entrees.

The facility includes large-screen television, and ample seating for individuals or large groups. A dance floor has recently been installed so watch for evening and weekend entertainment such as bands, Karaoke, and dances.

Local Foods Buffet

Sodexo will be offering two meals on campus based entirely on local foods available to us within a 100 mile radius of our campus for our “2nd Annual Local Foods Buffet”. From our scrumptious buffet to our “corn cups and flatware” to or local produce available for sale, everything for these meals was designed to promote sustainability and help lower our carbon footprint.
