Prospect Hall offers 11 different food venues and 3 beverage areas in an all-you-can-eat format that is sure to satisfy everyone.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner…a visit to Prospect Hall can fit in to anyone’s schedule.

This facility is only open for those customers with meal plans and those who pay for the all-you-can-eat format. A la Carte items are not available.

Prospect Dining Hall serves nutritious meals throughout various times of the day. Each meal provides a wide-variety of food options to satisfy the needs of all students.

Academic Year Hours of Operation

Breakfast Monday-Friday 7:30-10 a.m.
Lunch Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.
Dinner Monday-Thursday 4:45-7:30 p.m.
Weekend Lunch Saturday, Sunday 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Weekend Dinner Friday – Sunday 4:45-7 p.m.

Cash and FlexCash Prices

Most people utilize Prospect Dining Hall by being on a student of staff/ faculty meal plan. Guests and friends may also eat at Prospect by paying the cash price for the particular meal …and just like those on a meal plan, the cash price is for “all-you-can-eat”.

Standard Meal Items

Breakfast – We offer over 20 beverages including 100% orange juice. We feature both hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels and fresh baked pastries. In addition, we offer eggs and omelets cooked to order, scrambled eggs, and a rotating selection of breakfast meats and entrées.

Lunch – Includes a selection of hot entrees with a variety of side dishes, our soup bar, deli bar, grill, pizza area, pasta station, salad bar, fruit, vegetarian bar, and “Made to Order” station as well as fresh baked breads, desserts, cereal and bagel bar and a wide variety of beverages.

Dinner – Offers everything lunch has available with a heavier concentration on the hot entrees, featuring carved meats several times each week and a variety of side dishes, our soup bar, deli bar, grill, pizza area, pasta station, salad bar, fruit, vegetarian bar, and “Made to Order” station as well as fresh baked breads, desserts, cereal and bagel bar and a wide variety of beverages.

Meet the Team

Larry Charbonneau

Larry Charbonneau has worked with us here at Prospect for 4 years as a chef. He is the youngest of 8 children and his father is a 94 year-old World War 2 Veteran. Larry is from Gaffstown, NH and currently lives in Campton, NH. Before PSU Larry worked as a real estate appraiser and still does so in his spare time. When not at work one of Larry’s favorite activities is cooking even though he does it all day at work. But you know what they say “If you love it it’s not Work”.
