Prospect Hall

Sodexo has worked with the Student Senate to establish appropriate hours of operation which work with a variety of student schedules. The committee regularly evaluates the student needs and is receptive to modifying these hours if needed. These times are subject to change.

All Freshmen and Sophomores living on-campus in residence halls are required to be on a meal plan. Those students not living in residence halls may also select a meal plan if they so choose. Only Off-campus students, students in the apartment complexes, or students reaching junior status can select the 75 Block Plan. Students who are not on a meal plan can still take advantage of the Dining Hall by paying the cash price at the door. CampusFlex and BoardFlex can be used at this location also with up to 5% discount off our already low door prices!

A variety of food and beverage items are available at each meal. Standard meal items are available daily and new menu items are rotated daily on a monthly basis. Check out the menus section for specific details regarding what is available at particular meals.

Prospect Dining Hall serves nutritious meals throughout various times of the day. Each meal provides a wide-variety of food options to satisfy the needs all students.

All meals, beverages, and desserts served in Prospect Dining Hall are offered in an "all-you-can-eat" format.

Cash & Flex Prices for Prospect Hall & On The Go

Most people utilize Prospect Dining Hall by being on a student of staff/ faculty meal plan. Guests and friends may also eat at Prospect by paying the cash price for the particular meal ...and just like those on a meal plan, the cash price is for "all-you-can-eat".

Standard Meal Items

Breakfast - Over 20 beverage options including 100% orange juice. We feature both hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels and fresh baked pastries. In addition, we offer eggs and omelets cooked to order, scrambled eggs, and a rotating selection of breakfast meats and entrees.

Lunch - Offers a selection of hot entrees with a variety of side dishes, our soup bar, deli bar, grill, pizza area, pasta station, salad bar, fruit, vegetarian bar, and "Made to Order" station as well as fresh baked breads, desserts, cereal and bagel bar and a wide variety of beverages.

Dinner - Offers everything lunch has available with a heavier concentration on the hot entrees, featuring carved meats several times each week and a variety of side dishes, our soup bar, deli bar, grill, pizza area, pasta station, salad bar, fruit, vegetarian bar, and "Made to Order" station as well as fresh baked breads, desserts, cereal and bagel bar and a wide variety of beverages.
