Summer Conferences Menu for 2008
BREAKFAST - 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
LUNCH - noon-1 p.m.
DINNER - 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Prospect Dining Hall serves nutritious meals throughout various times of the day. Each meal provides a wide-variety of food options to satisfy the needs all students.
All meals, beverages, and desserts served in Prospect Dining Hall are offered in an
"all-you-can-eat" format.
Cash & Flex Prices for Prospect Hall & On The Go
Most people utilize Prospect Dining Hall by being on a student of staff/ faculty mealplan.
Guests and friends may also eat at Prospect by paying the cash price for the particular
meal....and just like those on a mealplan, the cash price is for "all-you-can-eat".

Vegan Foods Available Everyday
These vegan items contain no dairy, eggs, meat, fish or honey.
A sunflower on a nutrition label lets you know the item is vegan.
Vegan Entree options are available at each meal.
Standard Meal Items
Breakfast - Over 20 beverage options including 100% orange juice. We
feature both hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels and fresh baked
pastries. In addition, we offer eggs and omelets cooked to order, scrambled
eggs, and a rotating selection of breakfast meats and entrees.
Lunch - Offers a selection of hot entrees with a variety of side dishes,
our soup bar, deli bar, grill, pizza area, pasta station, salad bar, fruit,
vegetarian bar, and "Made to Order" station as well as fresh baked breads, desserts, cereal and
bagel bar and a wide variety of beverages.
Dinner - Offers everything lunch has available with a heavier concentration
on the hot entrees, featuring carved meats several times each week and a variety
of side dishes, our soup bar, deli bar, grill, pizza area, pasta station, salad
bar, fruit, vegetarian bar, and "Made to Order" station as well as fresh baked
breads, desserts, cereal and bagel bar and a wide variety of beverages.
